If you are asking about the Speedway by Wal-mart and the ford truck plant yes it is open. I got gas there yesterday.

Yes, I found out the hard way. The Gas price was posted at $3.24 and went out of my way to get there to find it was under construction. The system won't let me state that so I set the price to help people avoid going there.
